REFUND & RETURN POLICY

At Crocogym, we produce limited drops and encourage customers to review product details and the size guide carefully before placing an order.


1. Right of Withdrawal for Online Purchases

 

Under Brazilian consumer law, purchases made online may be canceled within 7 days from receipt of the product, in accordance with the legal right of withdrawal.

Returned items must be sent back in the condition required for return processing, including the original item and any included components.


2. Returns Outside the Legal Withdrawal Period


Except where required by law, Crocogym does not offer discretionary returns for change of mind after the legal withdrawal period.


3. Size Exchanges

 

Because our drops are limited and stock is highly restricted, Crocogym does not guarantee exchanges for size preference.

We strongly recommend checking the size guide before purchasing.


If an exchange is legally required in a specific case, it will be handled in accordance with applicable law and stock availability.


4. Defective or Incorrect Items

 

If you receive:a defective item, a damaged item, or the wrong item,

please contact us at crocogym33@gmail.com with:

your order number,a description of the issue, and clear photos where applicable.


5. Legal Warranty


Products sold by Crocogym are subject to the applicable legal warranty under Brazilian law for manufacturing defects or non-conformity.


6. Resolution of Claims


If a defect or error is confirmed, we may offer one of the following, depending on the case and product availability:replacement,repair where applicable, store credit,or refund.

Because some products are limited and may sell out, replacement may not always be possible.


7. Condition of Returned Items


Except where otherwise required by law, returned items may be refused if they are returned with:

clear signs of misuse, damage not caused by manufacturing defect,

or missing original components.



8. Refund Processing

 

If a refund is approved, it will be issued to the original payment method within a reasonable time, subject to the payment provider’s processing schedule.
