Orders are processed within 1 to 5 business days after payment confirmation, unless otherwise stated on the product page.
Orders are not processed on weekends or Brazilian public holidays.

We currently ship within Brazil.
Shipping options and costs are displayed at checkout.
3. Local Delivery in Curitiba
Where available, local hand delivery may be offered for selected orders in Curitiba, depending on delivery area, schedule, and operational availability.
If local delivery applies, we will contact the customer to arrange delivery details.
4. Shipping Times
Estimated delivery times vary depending on the destination, carrier, order volume, and external logistics factors.
Delivery estimates are not guarantees and may be affected by delays outside our control.
5. Shipping Fees
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout unless a valid free-shipping promotion or discount applies.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.
We are not responsible for failed or delayed deliveries caused by incorrect, incomplete, or outdated address information submitted at checkout.
7. Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Shipments

We will review the case and assist according to the situation, stock availability, and applicable law.
8. Limited Stock Notice
Because certain Crocogym items are part of limited drops, replacement stock may not be available if an item is damaged, lost after confirmed delivery, or sold out.
In such cases, resolution will be handled according to applicable law and stock availability.
